1. Agreement to Terms

By using our website or engaging All Guard Pest Control ("we", "us", "our") for pest control services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

All Guard Pest Control provides pest control services for residential and commercial properties across Melbourne. Services include inspection, treatment, and ongoing pest management as described on our website and in individual quotes.

All quotes are estimates based on the information provided at the time of enquiry. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes upon inspection, for example if the infestation is more extensive than initially described. We will always communicate any changes in pricing before proceeding with additional work.

3. Booking and Cancellation

Service appointments can be booked by phone, email, or through our online forms. By confirming an appointment, you agree to provide reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee to cover our scheduling and travel costs.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due on completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit and debit cards.

For ongoing pest management plans or large commercial projects, payment terms will be outlined in your individual service agreement.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

We take pride in our work and carry out all services with reasonable care and skill. Where a warranty period applies, it will be confirmed by your technician at the time of treatment. If pests return within the warranty period, we will re-treat the affected area at no additional cost.

Please note that pest control results may vary depending on environmental factors, property condition, hygiene practices, and neighbouring properties. We cannot guarantee that pests will never return, but we will do everything within our control to deliver effective, long-lasting results.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, All Guard Pest Control shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability in connection with any service shall not exceed the amount you paid for that service.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees that services will be provided with due care and skill.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, design, and code, is the property of All Guard Pest Control and is protected by Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our written permission.

8. Privacy
